Referral Bonus Payout Guidelines:

  • Temporary and regular employees of LLUH are eligible to receive a bonus.
  • Supervisors, Managers, Directors and above or HR Employees are not eligible as recruitment of qualified candidates is part of the job.
  • Candidate has listed your name on the application as a referral source OR you submit the Employee Referral Form (above) to Talent Acquisition prior to their application submission.
  • If two employees refer the same candidate, the first referral form received in Talent Acquisition is eligible for the program.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate remains employed in the qualified position in full-time status (working an average of 70 hours or more per pay period).
